In 2001,the outline of basic education curriculum reform(for Trial Implement-ation)put forward "establishing the three-level curriculum management mode of national,local and school curriculum",and encouraged the development of school-based curriculum.School-based curriculum development is an important part of primary and secondary school basic education supported by national and government policies,with the efforts of school leaders and teachers and relying on strong teachers.At present,there have been excellent school-based curriculum development cases in all provinces and cities of the country,but it can not be ignored that the trial time of the outline of basic education curriculum reform is not long,the breakthrough is not big,the promotion level is not high enough,and there is a sense of stagnation in recent years.B middle school is a district public junior high school which cooperates with famous schools.The quality of education and teaching in this middle school has always been at the forefront of the city.As a local middle school that earlier carried out the development and utilization of school-based curriculum,it has important value and exemplary leading role to select b middle school as an investigation object for analysis and research.After combing the current research results and related theoretical concepts of school-based curriculum development at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the analysis and exploration of the current situation of school-based curriculum development through questionnaire and interview: mainly including the lack of school-based information compilation and school-based curriculum development,the lack of school-based curriculum development,the lack of enthusiasm of teachers' development,the lack of school-based curriculum development environment and attention to the environment,etc ?At present,the main problems of school-based curriculum development include: insufficient development of school-based curriculum teaching materials,lack of innovation in the concept of teacher development,lack of cooperation and communication with other schools,lack of evaluation mechanism in the form of development,lack of interest and incentive points for teachers in school-based curriculum development,etc.The main reasons are that the development of school-based curriculum teaching materials has not formed a system,the quality of teachers is uneven and lack of training opportunities,the school lacks attention to cooperation and interaction,communication and exchange,the formulation and implementation process of evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the school lacks a reasonable and sound incentive system.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of school-based curriculum development,this paper puts forward some countermeasures: to build a new system of school-based curriculum teaching materials development,to strengthen the cultivation and requirements of teachers' innovative ideas of curriculum development,to increase local academic exchange meetings,to realize multi school resource sharing,to change the traditional school-based curriculum,to close the relationship between teachers and students,to increase the new evaluation mechanism,to ensure to provide incentives for teachers and students System,to deal with the relationship between school-based curriculum and national curriculum,to do a good job in school-based curriculum development security mechanism.
