With the constant development of economic,the deepening of educational reform and the improvement of teachers' ability,the core of the reform of teacher's Education in China is formulation of curriculum standards for teacher education and teachers' professional standards.In September 10,2012,The Ministry of education of China has promulgated the "professional standards of middle school teachers"(hereinafter referred to as "the standard")."The standard" clarifies the tasks and requirements for the development of teachers' Professionalization in China.As an important way to implement pre-training of teachers,normal university is always in process of the reform and exploration of the training mode of normal students and the content of teachers' Education Curriculum."The standard" put forward higher and newer requirement to training and reform of teacher education curriculum in normal colleges.The study is trying to interpret the different dimensions of the connotation of teachers' professional competence requirements,through the questionnaire survey method,literature analysis method,interview method to analyze the present status of teachers' professional ability training of 5 normal universities in Jiangxi province.Firstly,This paper analysis the middle school teachers' professional standard.Secondly,This paper operated a comparative study to obtained inadequacies about chosen samples' teacher education curriculum.What's more,do a questionnaire study on some students,and interview some front-line teachers.Then analysis the distance between the sample schools' present status and the requirement of the middle school teachers' professional standard.Subsequently,to the establish teacher education curriculum,according to the middle school teachers' professional standard and combining the conclusion of the investigation.
