"School-based curriculum" in the history of school education in our country is a new things, as isdifferent from the state of another kind of course form, it conforms to the trend of The Times, with thenational curriculum being complementary and being replenished each other perfectly.Since2001implementation of basic education course reform, school-based curriculum development through more thanten years of hard and confused, has achieved significant milestones, and added a beautiful scenerycurriculum reform research and practice in our country. Teachers as the backbone of the school-basedcurriculum development and the main force, its professional level undoubtedly making the high level ofquality education is a important guarantee. So,we can say the process of school-based curriculumdevelopment also is the teacher professional development process. In2011of the compulsory educationcurriculum standard in all the subjects, followed the pace of the times development, for ten years a varietyof shortage, the curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for interdisciplinary curriculumdevelopment, also proposed the new challenge to teacher professional development. based on this, theauthor on the basis of the interpretation of the relevant theory combined with empirical research,school-based curriculum development is proved according to the positive impact of teacher professionaldevelopment, on the basis of the development of school-based curriculum to promote teachers’ professionaldevelopment strategy, in order to as a glimmer of teacher’s professional development.Beginning with an introductory part mainly stated the problem put forward and the selected topicsignificance, literature review, research methods and innovation points difficulty and so on, makes everyeffort to study foundation on the basis of predecessors’ research achievements, enhance its scientific nature.Then the definition of related core concepts. In the third section focuses on school-based curriculumdevelopment and teacher professional development, the essay discusses the relationship between the level.Teachers’ professional development level is the main factors that influence the development ofschool-based curriculum smoothly, and school-based curriculum development and enhance the level ofprofessional development for teachers in the platform. the fourth part, from the perspective of empiricalresearch on teachers’ professional development in the school-based curriculum development, the investigation on the current situation through questionnaires and interviews, to understand the currentteacher professional development in the school-based curriculum development in our country, the basicsituation of the analysis of cause various problems in the teachers’ professional development onschool-based curriculum development, finally find out the crux. In the third section focuses onschool-based curriculum development and teacher professional development, the essay discusses therelationship between the level. Teachers’ professional development level is the main factors that influencethe development of school-based curriculum smoothly, and school-based curriculum development andenhance the level of professional development for teachers in the platform. The last part aims to discuss thedevelopment of school-based curriculum to promote the teacher professional developmentstrategy:school-based curriculum development should penetrate the process of the teachereducation,Provide sufficient resources to stimulate teachers’ work motivation, establish a democratic andopen work environment for teachers, strengthen the cooperation with outside resources and so on.
