Kindergarten-based curriculum development is a series of practical processes of combining kindergarten and local resources,based on kindergarten,participating by curriculum experts,teaching and research personnel,teachers,and organizing teaching and evaluation.The development of kindergarten-based curriculum provides opportunities and challenges for the professional development of preschool teachers,but in the process of kindergarten-based curriculum in different stages of development,their professional concepts,professional knowledge,professional ability,as well as the understanding of,implementation and evaluation of kindergarten-based curriculum in practice.Therefore,this study integrated use of literature method,questionnaire survey and interview method,a Huangshi county H kindergarten teachers as the research object,from the perspective of the garden the curriculum development and implementation,is the kindergarten teachers’ professional ideas and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability and the understanding of the curriculum,curriculum design and implementation of the survey.The results analysis shows that the kindergarten teachers showed advanced professional ideas in curriculum development and practice,solid child development knowledge and childcare knowledge,and good environment creation ability.Meanwhile,there are also deviations in the professional concept of new and skilled preschool teachers;lack of knowledge of curriculum development;poor resource utilization and activity organization ability,and insufficient evaluation and reflection ability.In view of the problems,the following suggestions are put forward: in terms of professional concepts,preschool teachers should improve themselves and update education concepts,kindergarten should enhance the professional identity of preschool teachers;in terms of curriculum knowledge,teachers should strengthen theoretical study,strengthen communication and cooperation;kindergarten should actively organize kindergarten-based curriculum training;in professional ability,teachers should practice more,pay attention to reflection and evaluation;kindergarten should enrich curriculum resources.
