With the promotion and implementation of a number of burden reduction policies,oral homework has become the main form of primary school language homework.This study has positive significance for enriching the theory of oral assignment design and changing the present situation of assignment design.Therefore,the research tries to construct the theoretical basis and basic theory of oral assignment design,to understand how the current first-line junior language understands oral assignment and oral assignment design,what attitude and behavior to oral assignment design,what are the problems among them,and how to solve the problems existing in oral assignment design for teachers.This research uses the literature method,the questionnaire method,the interview method,the content analysis method to carry out the research synthetically.Using the literature method to master the current research results and research deficiencies on "homework "," homework design" and "oral homework design ".Using the questionnaire method,the author takes the first-line Chinese teachers as the research object to understand the actual behavior of the current primary school teachers' oral assignment design.Using the interview method,we can understand the teachers' understanding and attitude towards the oral assignment itself and the oral assignment design in detail,and dig out the deep reasons behind the teacher's oral assignment design behavior.Using the content analysis method to judge the oral homework designed by the teacher Whether it is scientific,whether it points to the realization of the goal of oral homework,and whether it is related to the goal of teaching.It is found that teachers have three problems in cognition,attitude and behavior.cognition,teachers lack systematic and in-depth understanding of oral assignments,concepts,types,and goals.Attitude,teachers do not agree with the oral homework design for in-depth and detailed study.On the behavior,there are a series of problems such as scientific deficiency,single type,monotonous resources and so on.The research finds out the reasons why the quality of teachers' oral work is notgood from the three levels of school,teachers themselves and parents.In view of these practical problems and reasons,the research actively seeks countermeasures,at the school level,effectively reduce the burden and strengthen the teachers.The study of homework in the lower grade and the optimization of school homework management system.At the teacher level,teachers need to reflect on themselves,improve the professional level of homework design;actively explore,expand the work resources,enrich the types of homework;properly let go,highlight the main position of students.At the level of home-school cooperation,help parents to clarify their own role;improve parents' oral homework guidance and evaluation ability,the good oral homework of the family this pass.
