With a new round of education reform and the implementation of the development, the junior middle school English teaching is faced with more problems and challenges. Our students was lack of English language environment, and we in the usual teaching activities, often only pay attention to students’written work, while the oral work is not enough attention, resulting in our students’ oral work basically is do things carelessly. Through the survey found that we usually decorate the oral work exists the following disadvantages:oral work content is drab, inflexible, oral work form a single evaluation methods.In this paper, through a variety of domestic and foreign literature, induction, in reference on the basis of existing research results, summed up some of their own suggestions. First of all, English oral work content focuses on cultivating the students’ interest, the teacher to encourage and praise the opening, allowing students to overcome "be afraid of opening" mental disorder, quiet confidence to speak English, and gradually formed the habit of thinking in English ability. Real life according to students’ real life to assign the students the students living close to the English homework. Foreign culture to students through homework better understand English and foreign culture and customs. Knowledge of the language on the English language knowledge to decorate the oral task, so that the boring language learning becomes interesting. Secondly, pay attention to the students and colorful oral homework to students form, other enjoyment. Only to assign the students form a rich oral work, to improve English teaching effect.
