A Knowledge Sharing Research Based On Learning Organization Theory

In the age of knowledge economy,whether an organization can continually learn and innovate determines whether it has the key ability to adapt to the complex and changeable environment and to maintain sustainable development.Knowledge has become the core competitiveness of an organization.And the depth of knowledge sharing determines the effectiveness of knowledge management.Therefore,the study of organizational knowledge sharing is becoming more and more important.In this thesis,it takes D College,which is committed to the construction of learning college as the research object.Through the study of learning organization and knowledge sharing theory,it tries to find the internal link between these two theories.Meanwhile combined with the actual situation of D College this thesis also tries to take the improvement of knowledge sharing as the focus of the construction of learning organization.Analyzing the current situation of knowledge sharing in D college through interviews,investigation and other forms,it finds out the main participation factors in the process of knowledge sharing and designs a questionnaire based on relevant information.It utilizes SPSS statistical tool to analyze the collected data,and then finds the obstacles factors of knowledge sharing from the individual,team and organization levels.Finally,guided by problem-solving,aiming at the obstacles of knowledge sharing in D college,this thesis puts forward three ways and corresponding specific measures to improve individual knowledge sharing ability,build knowledge sharing platform and optimize organizational structure and then it also gives some guaranteed suggestions for the implementation of knowledge sharing.
