In high school mathematics,the function is a very important part of the content,is the important basis to enter university to study knowledge.Into the ideas of mathematical modeling teaching in high school function,can help students learn function knowledge quickly and efficiently,improve the students' innovative thinking ability and the ability to solve the problem alone.Therefore,the mathematical modeling thought into the teaching of high school function is very necessary.In this paper,three aspects of research are carried out:(1)questionnaire I and Questionnaire II are designed.60 mathematics teachers and 560 senior high school students from four high schools in this county are surveyed respectively.The results of the survey are analyzed by using the method of data statistical analysis.The main problems in Teaching are as(1)follows: Some teachers don't have a deep(2)understanding of the idea of mathematical modeling;the students have a shallow(3)awareness of mathematical modeling;the classroom time is relatively short,and the teachers lack enough time to integrate the idea of mathematical modeling into the(4)teaching;the school doesn't pay enough attention to the integration of the idea of mathematical modeling into the teaching.(2)In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward the strategy of integrating mathematical modeling into function teaching in Senior High School: on the part of teachers,teachers should select simple and suitable mathematical modeling cases for senior high school students according to the actual situation and needs of students.As teachers,they should pay attention to their ability improvement,constantly absorb new knowledge,and establish a good relationship between teachers and students.In the aspect of students,it can not only cultivate students' ability to analyze problems rationally and observe things,but also guide students to enhance their sense of teamwork.(3)According to the strategy of integrating mathematical modeling thought into function teaching in senior high school,two teaching cases are given to integrate mathematical modeling thought into function teaching.Case one focus on helping students construct function concept,case two focus on teachers guiding students to build simple function models from real life problems and solve real life problems.
