Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Interpersonal Relationship In The Dormitory Of Independent College Students Of Yunnan Province

As the place where students stay for the longest time in school,dormitory is an important carrier to form interpersonal relationship.University students' dormitory interpersonal relationship has a crucial impact on their study and life.Independent college students have relatively unique psychological characteristics and behavior patterns compared with those of ordinary undergraduate schools.Problems arising from their interpersonal communication in the dormitory will not only affect the growth of college students,but also affect campus security.Therefore,the strategy of optimizing the interpersonal relationship in the dormitory of independent college students is not only conducive to the physical and mental development of college students and the individual socialization process,but also conducive to the harmony and stability of the campus.With attribution theory and social exchange theory as the basis,this research summarize and review the existing research results of dormitory interpersonal relationship,with 570 college students of four independent colleges in Yunnan province as the research object,through the form of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,to understand the status quo of current college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship problems and causes of problems and finally on the basis of analyzing the reasons,put forward the optimization of independent college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship strategy.This thesis mainly is divided into four parts: the first part is the characteristics of the independent college students and the overview of the dormitory interpersonal relationship,through to the existing research results point out that the characteristics of the independent college students,forms of dormitory harmonious relationship and the importance of harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship.Based on the understanding for the second part,the author through the way of questionnaire investigation,in-depth interviews,on-site visits and data analysis,deep understanding to the current status of independent college students dormitory interpersonal relationship,found for independent college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship satisfaction present a relatively good condition,but there are significant differences in the variables,on the basis of summing up the four problems in the dormitory interpersonal relationship: ideological difference caused by thedifference,bad psychological state caused by the conflict life,trifles friction caused by the conflict and clique phenomenon caused by the exclusion or opposition.Based on the above problems,the third part explains the reasons for the problems in dormitory interpersonal relationship from three aspects of college students' personal subjective factors,family background factors,school education and management factors by applying attribution theory.Combined with the question and the reason,the fourth part of this paper put forward the optimization of independent college students dormitory interpersonal strategies: first,college students should make efforts to improve their own quality,asking them to master the communication principle,cultivate healthy mentality,enhance communication ability and establish the dormitory groups appointments;Secondly,we should give full play to the supporting role of family education,create a harmonious family atmosphere,set up the correct talent view,strengthen the help to children and improve the level of family education;Thirdly,the author advocates that colleges should play their role in education management from four aspects: perfecting the dormitory management system,improving the education system,giving full play to the role of counselors and attaching importance to the construction of dormitory culture.
