Study On The Current Situation Of Interpersonal Relationship In Dormitory Of Independent College And Its Influencing Factors

Objective:To investigate the independent college students'interpersonal relationship in dormitory situation and its influencing factors,proposed interventions improve students dormitory interpersonal communication skills,interpersonal relationship,in order to promote their psychological harmonious development and improve the comprehensive quality.Methods:the Guangxi independent college students conducted a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The results show that:(1)the independent college dormitory interpersonal relationship quality was significantly higher than the national average level;independent college students dormitory interpersonal relationship on subjective experience"very unhappy"and"dissatisfaction"holds proportion for 25.2%;and the"satisfactiont"and" very satisfied"with the proportion of 52.3%.(2)the quality of independent college dormitory interpersonal relationship in the family economic status has the extremely remarkable difference.Independent college dormitory interpersonal relationship quality in the family economic status differences manifested as:general family>families>wealthy family>very wealthy family.Independent college dormitory interpersonal relationship quality in harmonious emotion,faze him influence factor has obvious family economic status:differences in emotional harmony factor,very wealthy family and the general family economic status differences reached significant level;in communication factors,very wealthy family and general,poor family,wealthy families,poverty and general the family reached significant level;regional differences in factor on,very wealthy family and the general family,poverty,wealth,and generally poor families reached significant level;in the rejection he impact factor,the very wealthy family and the general family reached significant level.(3)the independent college dormitory interpersonal relationship quality in the parent,there were significant differences in female occupation.Independent college dormitory interpersonal relationship quality in the father's occupation on the trend for:soldier>other>commercial farmers attendant workers>national cadre staff>technical personnel;independent college dormitory interpersonal relationship quality in the mother's occupation on the trend for:soldier>farmer>national cadre>other>Commercial Service>technical staff workers clerk.
