The dormitory interpersonal relationship is the most common,important and direct relationship for students.In resent years,there are so many dormitory tragedy in the university dormitory,like "Ma Jiajue event",the poisoning classmate case of China Mining University,poisoning case of Fudan university,these campus tragedy wake-up the university dormitory management and aroused people's widespread attention on college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship.This research attempts to apply Interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale,SCL-90 symptoms self evaluation scale and Simplified coping style scale make a tracking survey on Random sampling choosing 768 students,analyzing their dormitory interpersonal relationship status,exploring the relationship between mental health and the college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship,the relationship between coping styles and the college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship.According to the survey 768 college students can be divided into the control group of 604 students and experimental group of 164 students.Then give the experimental group students psychology lectures,ideological and political education,group guidance and Sand-table games,don't give any guidance to control students,let them to self adjusting.Using Excel,SPSS22.0 statistical software statistics and analysis the data.Using the data statistical analysis method mainly above factor mean analysis,descriptive statistics,single factor analysis of variance,factor analysis of variance,T and P value test.Then get the following conclusion:l.At present,college students have higher satisfaction with their dormitory interpersonal relationship.There are no significant differences in gender and whether or not they were the only child,there were significant differences in the place of origin and grade(P<0.05).Among them,college students from urban areas have higher satisfaction with dormitory interpersonal relationships than those from rural areas.College Students' satisfaction with dormitory interpersonal relationship like U in grade,Sophomore students are most dissatisfied with interpersonal relationships in dormitories,and senior students are most satisfied with interpersonal relationships in dormitories.2.College students have a clear understanding of the importance of interpersonal relationships in dormitories,92.8 percent of college students think dormitory relationships are important.At present,the relationship between college students and roommates is complicated,among them,the friendly and friendly type account for the largest proportion.3.The status quot of college dormitory interpersonal relationship is not optimistic.There are 30.9%of students who have a certain level of dormitory relationship problems,2.3 percent of students have serious dormitory relationships.There were significant differences in conversation among college students from different places(P<0.05).There is a significant difference in the overall score of heterosexual college students(P<0.05).The different grade students only have significant differences in the aspects of the way of getting along with people(P<0.05).Only children and non only children in the conversation,the way of getting along with people,communication,sexual intercourse and dormitory interpersonal relationship scores were significant difference(P<0.05).4.The scores of five factors,socialization,compulsion,anxiety,terror and psychosis were higher than the norm of college students in china,the four factors of interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility and bigotry were lower than the national norm.Mental health status and coping style have important influence on dormitory interpersonal relationship.At present,the coping style of dormitory interpersonal relationship is mainly passive coping,negative coping style is not conducive to dormitory interpersonal relationship.5.The implementation of psychological lectures,ideological and political education infiltration,group counseling and Sand-play education intervention measures.The experimental data of the experimental group and the control group,as well as the feelings of the participants in the education intervention,showed that the educational intervention measures improved the interpersonal relationship of the college dormitory.Students' work generally reflects the effect of group counseling and Sand play intervention,and the interpersonal relationship of college students in education intervention has improved generally.
