| In recent years,the number of conflicts and even vicious incidents caused by interpersonal relationship problems in colleges and universities reported by the media shows an increasing trend,which reflects the urgent need to solve interpersonal relationship problems in colleges and universities.Although colleges and universities have taken interpersonal relationship in dormitories as the focus of students’ work,A series of measures aimed at strengthening dormitory interpersonal relationship have been introduced,such as the assessment of dormitory management counselors and the holding of dormitory culture festival.However,the traditional intervention in dormitory interpersonal relationship is still not effective,and the dormitory interpersonal relationship is still faced with various difficulties.College students’ wrong response to dormitory interpersonal relationship problems is easy to intensify the contradictions,resulting in more serious conflicts,which is not conducive to the physical and mental growth of college students.At the same time,the college teachers,class teachers,dormitory administrators and other forces have different degrees of weakness in the intervention of dormitory interpersonal relationship,which is limited to solve.The root cause of the problem of dormitory interpersonal relationship lies in that college students are unable or not good at establishing reasonable interpersonal relationship with their roommates.Some college students want to change and try to solve the problem,but the real environment can’t help them.Especially since the outbreak of the epidemic,the university,as a key place for epidemic prevention and control,has implemented the lockdown management,and the activity space of college students has been narrowed,which leads to the more prominent problem.First of all,this paper investigates the current situation of dormitory interpersonal relationship in Y University in Yunnan province.Taking Y University in Yunnan Province as the research site,450 questionnaires were randomly distributed in the way of "online + offline",and interviews were conducted with students,counselors,class teachers and teachers of psychological counseling center,etc.,so as to fully understand the causes of dormitory interpersonal relationship problems,collect students’ service needs,and analyze the current situation of improving dormitory interpersonal relationship in Y University.Secondly,the group social work is used to intervene and improve the interpersonal relationship of the service objects.Relying on the "Kapok" social work Studio,we recruited team members in Longquan Campus of Y University in Yunnan Province based on the principle of voluntary participation.After interviews with applicants to determine the activity theme and other relevant screening,we finally formed a growth and development team with 10 members from different majors and dormitories.According to the needs of group members,six theme activities were launched,from eliminating negative emotions,learning emotional management,self-understanding,strengthening communication,learning empathy,cooperation,learning interpersonal principles and skills,and so on,to enhance dormitory interpersonal relations,and finally achieve the purpose of improving dormitory interpersonal relations.Finally,the group activities were evaluated,and the activities were reflected and summarized.After each group activity,the effect of the activity was investigated through the interview and distribution process satisfaction assessment scale,dormitory interpersonal relationship diagnosis scale,group satisfaction assessment scale,etc.,the gains and suggestions of the group members in the activity were collected and sorted out,and the areas that need to be strengthened in the future activities were reflected and summarized.Through group practice activities,it is concluded that has a certain effect on the students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship problems,especially for the students who have a certain degree of interpersonal problems in the dormitory and cooperate with group activities.But in the dormitory interpersonal relationship less trouble,low degree of cooperation in group activities of students activity effect is not obvious.At the same time,summarize the experience and enlightenment of group work before and after the involvement of preparation,and put forward corresponding suggestions for building harmonious interpersonal relationship in college students’ dormitory. |
