| In April 2016,the general office of the ministry of education issued the notice on matters related to teaching books for primary and secondary schools in 2016,which required: For implementation of the fourth plenary session of the party's 18 at the request of the primary and secondary schools to set up the rule of law knowledge courses,since 2016,the compulsory education in elementary and junior high school grade "character and life","ideological and moral teaching material" name changed to "morality and the rule of law",at this point,professor of adolescent system,targeted legal knowledge has become the important mission of junior high school teachers morality and the rule of law,the junior middle school stage through the study of legal knowledge,students are required to further deepen the constitution education,civil,criminal,administrative legal activities,and the basic principles of judicial system,We should deepen our understanding of bad social behaviors,general illegal behaviors,and criminal behaviors,consciously prevent minor incidents from occurring and nip them in the bud,and enhance our awareness of the law and the concept of abiding by it.Due to study law is an important approach to cultivate the intelligent thinking,legal content tend to dull,and,therefore,when teaching law content,teachers tend to prefer to use a variety of case as auxiliary means of teaching,but in the daily use case teaching method in the process,often face case old and lack of representativeness,sometimes case choose wrong thing will lead to low efficiency of teaching,case development faces great problems,teachers' enthusiasm is not high,it will restrict the case teaching junior high school moral and legal knowledge teaching,the application of the rule of law.Based on this,this paper aims to explore a feasible way to develop teaching cases through the development and research of teaching cases in the moral and rule of law section of junior high school,so as to provide teachers with high-quality teaching cases and make them better serve teaching practice.First,it discusses the development basis and value of middle school moral and rule of law teaching cases.New curriculum standards,socialist core value system,juvenile legal education program,the application of case teaching method,the development of modern network information technology are the basis of teaching case development.The development of teaching cases is of great value to promote teachers' professional development,enhance students' learning ability and improve students' legal cultivation.Secondly,it puts forward the principles and methods of teaching case development.The development of teaching cases in the moral and rule of law section of junior high school should follow the principles of politics,interest,typicality,timeliness,inquiry and integrity.The author focuses on the development methods of teaching cases,including formulating development plans,building development teams,and clarifying the development process and key aspects of teaching cases.Thirdly,it discusses the process and results of teaching case development.Teaching case development process includes analysis of the teaching material structure,clear development target,collecting data,writing case text of the four major steps,display some results,the author discusses the overall development of teaching case,and analyses the types and features of the development of teaching case,and in the junior middle school moral and law of rule of law sector development based on the overall train of thought of teaching case,combining the reality of students,to develop the "lost youth-preventing minor crime" in the teaching case as an example,a teaching case to show the author's actual development process.Fourthly,it discusses the application and evaluation of the teaching case development achievements of moral and rule of law in junior middle school.Junior high school of morality and the rule of law in the process of the legal case development results of plate should be familiar with the teaching case background,record classroom practice process,integration of a variety of teaching methods,teachers should enhance the use of teaching case level four aspects,practical use cases including teaching preparation before class,applying in the class and after class reflection three links;The evaluation methods include four methods: teacher evaluation of the same subject,teacher self-reflection evaluation,student evaluation and expert evaluation of regional teaching and scientific research departments. |
