Ideological and political class is the main position to carry out the fundamental task of moral education.September 1,2016 junior middle school education courses teaching material by the "ideology and moral character" changed to "morality and the rule of law",the new teaching material of morality and the rule of law it continues the original results of ideological and moral curriculum reform,and in a timely manner into the "outline of teenagers education under the rule of law",the content of the two focus on morality and the rule of law social behavior norms,highlight the socialist rule of law education.The cultivation of the consciousness of rule of law has quickly become the focus of the teaching and research of morality and rule of law in junior middle schools.We are living in a good period of great development of the Chinese nation.It is the mission of The Times to train a group of new people who can take on the task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and to cultivate junior middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law through classroom teaching.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,theory and practice method for research.Firstly,the concepts of legal system and legal system,legal consciousness and legal education are identified and elaborated.This thesis is based on marxist theory of human development and internalization and externalization theory of ideological and political pedagogy.Cultivating junior high school students’ legal consciousness is conducive to forming good legal character;Conducive to the construction of a harmonious campus;It is conducive to comprehensively advancing the rule of law.The contents related to the consciousness of the rule of law in the textbook of Morality and the Rule of law compiled by the ministry mainly include six aspects: the consciousness of abiding by law;Consciousness of rules;Consciousness of supreme authority of constitution;Awareness of rights and obligations;People’s sense of democracy and adherence to the Party’s sense of leadership;Sense of freedom and equality and sense of fairness and justice.Through investigation,it is found that students have accumulated certain knowledge of rule of law through the teaching of rule of law.Cultivated certain legal ability;Set up a certain emotion of rule of law.The cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law in the middle school moral and rule of law course is not enough attention;The teaching efficiency of legal consciousness is not high;It is hard to know whether students’ legal consciousness is generated;Students lack of initiative and interest in learning law dilemma.There are four main reasons for these phenomena:influenced by exam-oriented education thoughts;The teaching method of legal consciousness is single;Lack of reasonable legal awareness of the way of evaluation;The influence of physical and mental development regularity and characteristics of junior middle school students.In order to better improve the cultivation effect of the consciousness of rule of law in morality and rule of law in junior middle schools,teachers need to pay attention to the cultivation of the consciousness of rule of law in the teaching process.In terms of methods,various teaching methods of rule of law are used.To explore effective multiple evaluation methods;In the process,students should be respected and their interest in learning law should be stimulated.
