This research adopts the methods of literature,interview,experiment,measurement,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Based on the resistance training theory and combined with the modern physical training theory,60 people aging from 23 to 35 are selected from the general public.They are divided into two groups:free weight apparatus training group and fixed track apparatus training group.The number of subjects in each group are 30,with 15 male and 15 female.This paper explores the difference between free weight equipment training and fixed track equipment trainingon/in terms of fitness effect,and puts forward suggestions on how to reasonably allocate fixed track equipment training and free weight equipment training plan to improve training efficiency.1.There is no significant difference between the free weight equipment training group and the fixed track equipment training group(P> 0.05).The increase of arm circumference in the free weight instrument training group is better than that in the fixed track instrument training group for both male and female.With the increase of chest circumference,the increase of free weight machine training group was higher than that of fixed track machine training group.In terms of the change of leg circumference,the change of free weight instrument training group of male and female is also greater than that of fixed track instrument training group.2.Comparison of the strength difference between the free weight apparatus training group and the fixed track instrument training group:the strength performance of the free weight apparatus training group was higher than that of the fixed track instrument training group in three of the four major fitness items.3.Indicators of body composition:There is no significant difference between male and female free weight instrument training group and fixed track instrument training group on changes in body fat and weight.But for the change in the lean weight program,there is a significant difference between the male and female in the free weight device training group and the fixed track device training group.1.Therefore,it is suggested in this study that free weight machine training has abetter performance for strength growth than fixed trajectory,and earlier mastering of the free weight machine training will be more helpful for strength improvement.2.Second,free weights training need to pay attention to:the trajectory is not fixed,free weights training movement trajectory will change as the trajectory of the physical training,the trainers are hard to find the target muscle power feeling during the movement completion,the coach should emphasize the trajectory and the direction of action,to guide trainers to complete a standard action,and let the trainers to find the feeling of the training and muscle power.3.Finally,free weights training in the resistance training should used be as the main means of training,while training on fixed trajectory devices as auxiliary means.The training proportion of fixed track instrument can be increased relatively when training parts with few joints are involved.
