| Research objective: To compare the effects of comprehensive equipment aerobic exercise on weight, Fat%, BMI, skinfold thicknes and WHR within three group middle-aged women. These groups are HST, LLT and MMT. To study the effect of different training frequency and duration of aerobic training on weight loss in obese people, and to provide a more effective weight loss program for obese people.Research methods: In this paper, the experimental method is used. 36 middle-aged obese women(Fat%: 40.7±3.0) were randomly assigned for three groups, such as: high frequency short time training group(HST), low frequency long time training group(LLT), medium frequency medium time training group(MMT). Any group has 12 people. Each group has comprehensive equipment aerobic exercise for 12 weeks in training intensity for 60~80%Hrpeak. Their weight, Fat%, BMI, skinfold thicknes and WHR were measured after 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks.Research results: There was no statistical difference between the three groups before training. Through the exercise for 12 weeks, the changes of the physiological indexes between the three kinds of sports before and after the experiment are as follows:(1) weight, BMI: both have obvious effect(p < 0.01), but MMT is more obvious.(2) skinfold thicknes: both have obvious effect(p < 0.01), and the effect is no difference.(3) Fat%: both have obvious effect(p < 0.01), but LLT is more obvious.(4) WHR: both have obvious effect(p < 0.01), and the effect is no difference.Conclusion:(1) Both HST, LLT, MMT reduce the weight and BMI, but MMT is more obvious.(2) Both HST, LLT, MMT reduce skinfold thicknes, and the effect is no difference.(3) Both HST, LLT, MMT reduce FAT%, but LLT is more obvious.(4) Both HST, LLT, MMT reduce WHR, and the effect is no difference. |
