In the eighty s of the 20th century,a large number of experts and scholars research suggests that aerobic exercise is an effective control weight,reduce body fat rate,and body mass index(BMI)method of movement at the end of the 20th century to the early 21st century,the scholars put forward a new point of view-resistance training,the view is the original power system,phosphate glycolytic energy systems and aerobic oxidation power system is the body mainly three kinds of power system,including aerobic exercise in the process of exercise mainly glycolysis energy power and aerobic oxidation,and daily energy consumption is the main form of the human body through physical activity,basal metabolism and decomposition of food energy three forms,And basal metabolism in human body in the daily energy consumption accounted for 70%,so this paper takes the fitness aerobics aerobic exercise combined with resistance training comprehensive exercise method,through the content of resistance training to improve the body’s skeletal muscle and the body’s basal metabolic rate,aerobic fitness aerobics way to control body weight and body fat reduction,which can improve the exercisers healthy and achieve the.effect that reduce weight.Based on 30-39,young people are overweight or obese as experimental object,with fitness aerobics and resistance training effect reducing weight to the health of the subjects as the research object,and before the experiment medicine and physical aspects of the strict test,and ensure the safety of the experiment,and the research object to select the root actual situation and combining with overweight and obesity point selection,selection criteria:(1)BMI:25.1 33.0(male),25.1-31.0(female);(2)WHR:0.9-1.1(male),0.85-1.05(female);(3)Resifat:20%-38%(male),30%-45%(female)range selection;They were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 20 people in each group and 10 men and women in each group.The subjects were set as group A for the exercise aerobics and resistance training under the intervention of moderate exercise intensity(60-79hrmax).Group B was selected as group B for the subjects who underwent fitness aerobics and resistance training under the intervention of low exercise intensity(50-59hrmax).Subjects in group C who underwent aerobic exercise alone with moderate exercise intensity(60-79hrmax)intervention were studied for 12 weeks.Exercise frequency varies according to exercise stages and groups,group A and group B(adaptation for 4 times A week,five times A week period of change,consolidation phase six times A week),group C 5 times per week,exercise time of 90 minutes every time.The diet during the experiment was formulated by the fitness trainer uniformly to reduce the influence on the experimental results,and the diet was not included in the scope of this study.By 12 weeks after the experiment,the results show that in the aerobic exercise can reduce weight under the premise of lipid-lowering,increase resistance exercise can more effectively improve the body composition,promote the abdomen is adipose decompose,improve the overall effect reducing weight;From healthy diet,moderate exercise intensity of fitness aerobics and resistance of exercise intervention group A were the overall effect is best,low intensity intervention for simple aerobic exercise group C worst subjects;From the point of view of simply losing weight and reducing fat,the group B subjects with low-intensity exercise intervention for aerobics and resistance training had the best overall performance.
