| As a child welfare undertaking,the development and improvement of childcare services for infants and young children.In the new historical period,the childcare service industry has become a shortcoming of people ’ s livelihood and welfare.From the perspective of childcare service needs,explore the childcare service needs of parents of infants and young children,effectively integrate childcare service resources,thereby improving the satisfaction of parents of infants and young children with childcare services,and more targeted to complement the shortcomings of childcare services,To break the problem of childcare services,alleviate a major social contradiction in the current livelihood field,and bring dividends for childcare.This article is based on the theory of ecosystem theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and welfare pluralism,and takes the needs of family care services for infants and young children aged 0-3 in Guiyang as the research theme.It consists of six parts.Theme background,meaning of topic selection,related concepts and research design.Secondly,I sorted out the research status and theoretical basis at home and abroad,and then analyzed the overall supply and demand status of Guiyang’s childcare services based on the found data,and then dated the Kano model to the level of specific childcare service demand.The Kano model will be introduced first,and then The Kano model of childcare services was established,and the final classification was performed to identify the types of childcare service needs of parents of infants and toddlers aged 0-3 in Guiyang City.Finally,based on the previous research methods,combined with welfare pluralism,we put forward suggestions and suggestions to meet the needs of parents of infants and toddlers.Through the research results here,we can provide reference for the development of 0-3 year old infant care service models in Guiyang,as well as improve and improve Improve the infant nursery service system in Guiyang to promote the all-round development of infants and young children. |
