| "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the fundamental issue of the national economy and people's livelihood,general secretary xi jinping in the 19 th national congress of the party report put forward the "rural revitalization strategy",and the key to rural revitalization is the revitalization of talent,talent training by education,so rural education is the focus of rural revitalization.However,in the process of urbanization,the development of rural schools is faced with many difficulties and challenges,and has declined to different degrees.The decline of rural schools not only affects the life of rural teenagers,but also has a negative impact on the economic and cultural development of rural society.In the new era,the policy support of the government,the rich local culture and its own characteristics are the opportunities and impetus for the development of rural schools.This study will be of the decline of rural schools as the research problems in urbanization,rural Lin County Y junior middle school in Shanxi Province as a case study,on the theory of qualitative research,through literature method and survey method to collect data and the interview data,study about the present situation of its decline,the reasons for the problems,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This study summarizes the development process of Y junior high school in the process of urbanization from the three stages of initial construction,prosperity and gradual decline.According to the survey,with the rapid advancement of China's urbanization process,Y junior high school in rural areas has declined,which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: serious loss of students,weak teaching staff,and poor guarantee of students' living conditions.The main reasons for the decline of rural schools are external and internal.The external reasons include the migration andaggregation of population to cities in the process of urbanization,the disparity in opportunity cost of teachers in urban and rural areas,and farmers' desire for quality education.The internal reasons mainly include: the low efficiency of leadership in rural schools.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the current situation of rural schools and the quality of education in rural schools.Rural schools should change their educational development thoughts and establish the concept of endogenous development.We will combine the efforts of rural schools with the support of external forces to revitalize rural schools,so that rural students can have access to high-quality modern education resources at home. |
