With the deepening of the urbanization process,the population began to move as rapidly as the town,and the rural population continued to flow to the town.Our country in order to optimize the rural education resources allocation began a series of measures to "merge" junior high,and made rural schools greatly reduced.The outflow of teachers and students in a few surviving schools made school's developing more difficult.Under the dual influence of such subjective and objective factors,the development of a large number of rural schools is in a vicious circle.Is it possible that rural schools have come to an end?Fortunately,in my research,I found,despite the environment is bad,there is still a "spark".This article researched a rural school as a case in southern Henan province,using the method of qualitative research,and through the observation of the C school environment,teachers and students' interviews and classroom activities above and outside,I had to conduct a comprehensive investigation.Then I used the theoretical knowledge of organizational sociology to explain the mechanism of its development of this good state in a decade.Firstly,the background of education and the performance of C school's prosperity and development are introduced.Then it expounds the operation process of the school's prosperity and development from four aspects:organization,leadership,decision-making and communication.Second,school development and prosperity at the same time,more important is to be able to maintain such a situation,in this paper,and then from the organization mechanism,the leading mechanism,power mechanism and culture mechanism four aspects explains the mechanism of the development and prosperity of its keep.Finally,through the above research,the author found that behind C school's prosperity development there is "only scores concerned" and "only record concerned".Therefore,the author thinks that schools and governments in the school development,should actively play their own subjective initiative,symbiotic coordination test and quality,to realize the combination of efficiency and fairness.The development of rural schools and rural education has a long way to go.
