After entering college,the students relieve from the busy and high-pressure study in high school.Facing the college's relatively relaxed and free environment of learning and living,some college students have no goals and no motivation,and they are confused and negative.They have some psychological and behavioral problems in their studies such as depression,being late,leaving early,absent from school,and being tired of school,resulting in a common phenomenon of learning burnout among college students.However,The mobile phone,as an inseparable tool for people's life,has become an important cause of college students' learning burnout.Moreover research has found that,College students' self-control ability can affect their mobile phone dependence and also have a certain effect on learning burnout.Based on the above status,this study explores the relationship among college students' self-control,mobile phone dependence,and learning burnout.A large amount of relevant literature shows that scholars have done a lot of research on the pairings of college students' self-control,mobile phone dependence and learning burnout,but few studies have explored the triangular relationship.Based on the theory of self-control,this study constructed a relationship model of college students' self-control,mobile phone dependence and academic burnout,statistical analysis software SPSS21.0 and AMOS23.0 were used to conduct statistical analysis on the survey data of the questionnaires,including reliability analysis,validity analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,etc,and the following conclusions were drawn:First,there are significant differences in demographic characteristic variable of college students' self-control,mobile phone dependence,and learning burnout in terms of gender,grade,specialty,and whether they are student cadres.Second,in addition to the impulsive control dimension of self-control,college students' self-control and other sub-dimensions,including health habits,resistance to temptations,focusing on work or study and controlling entertainment all have a significant negative correlation with learning burnout.Third,college students' self-control and its sub-dimensions,including impulsive control,healthy habits,resistance to temptations,focus on work or study and controlling entertainment all have a significant negative correlation with mobile phone dependence.Fourth,college students' mobile phone dependence and learning burnout have a significant positive correlation.Fifth,college students' mobile phone dependence plays a part of mediating role between self-control and learning burnout.Based on the above researchful conclusions,this study proposes corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of individuals,families,and schools,and is committed to working together to help college students improve their self-control and reduce their dependence on mobile phone,and slow down their learning burnout.
