With the development of communication technology and equipment,the update speed of mobile phone functions,especially mobile entertainment functions,is getting faster and faster,which is more and more attractive to college students.In colleges and universities,the smart phone has become a "standard" tool for college students,however,there are some students the phenomenon of excessive use of mobile phones,they often play with mobile phones to the night after 12 o 'clock,seriously affect the normal work and rest,more class some students often use a mobile phone to do study,the lower the quality of classroom learning.Through field visits to some teachers and students in J university,the author found that most students believed that excessive use of mobile phones would have a negative impact on their learning.Similarly,university teachers also expressed their disgust at students' excessive use of mobile phones and believed that it would affect their studies.The first part of this paper is mainly by looking for mobile phone rely on related literature,understand the recent years research on mobile phone rely on,and then by definition to mobile phone depends on the definition: mobile phones dependence refers to occupy the center of people's thinking and behavior activity,and has a negative impact on people's physical and mental,the use of mobile phones has reached the extent to which does more harm than good.This article is the second part through the questionnaire survey way to measure the existing mobile phone rely on college students' group,in view of the existing mobile phone rely on groups to study further negative impact of questionnaire survey,to understand the mobile phone depend on the manifestation of negative effects on college students' learning,coupled with an analysis of the causes the results of the survey.The third part is the core of this paper,which is a case study of college students' mobile phone dependence.The intervention object of this case is the student of a college of J university.The service object's score of mobile phone dependence measurement before the intervention is 62,which obviously constitutes mobile phone dependence.Similarly,mobile phone dependence has a great negative impact on the learning of service objects,which is mainly reflected in the learningmotivation,learning process and learning results.The author establishes contact with the clients through the counselors,and makes service plan and evaluation.On the basis of the service plan,the author conducted 6 times intervention activities,activities closely around "mobile phone" and "learning",activity process,respectively: ice,know mobile phone dependence,aversion therapy known negative effects,the advantages of mobile phone depends on perspective to increase the service object to study the power,make "learning card" improve the efficiency of the service object in the process of learning,invite counselor to help the service object to establish personal college career planning study.After two months of practical activities,the problem of service object's mobile phone dependence has been significantly improved,and the learning has also made obvious progress.As measured by the scale,the mobile phone dependence measurement score of service subjects after intervention was 46 points(48 points and above constitute mobile phone dependence).Similarly,after the intervention,the service subjects also made significant progress in learning,their learning motivation was improved,the number of playing mobile phones in the learning process was significantly reduced,and their academic performance was greatly improved.The last part of this paper is the summary and reflection of the case practice,summary of the case practice in the process of doing better,reflect on the shortcomings of the practice.
