A Study Of The Faculty's Outside Occupation Career The National University During The Period Of Nanjing National Government From The Perspective Of Salary(1927-1937)

The period of the Republic of China is not only an important period of transition from feudal society to modern society,but also an important period of China's modernization development process.During the period of Nanjing National Government,politics,economy and culture flourished unprecedentedly.During this period,Chinese society experienced a huge transformation from civil war to stability,from stability to development,and then from development to the national anti-Japanese war.The decade from 1927 to 1937 is the concentrated embodiment of the whole period of Nanjing National Government,which is also known as the "golden decade".In the past ten years,China's modern political system has gradually improved,the nationalist economy has slowly begun to recover,and the cause of higher education has also flourished with the pace of the times.A number of national universities represented by the National Central University,the National Peking University and the National Tsinghua University have become the typical representatives of the official higher education in this period.University faculty is an important part of the National University.The development of the faculty's outside occupation career also reflects the evolution of higher education.Salaries have been closely linked to the Faculty of the National University since the first step in their careers.From the perspective of salaries to analyze the outside occupation career of national university faculty,data analysis of faculty appointment,promotion,mobility,pension,pension system,can more clearly and accurately understand the outside occupation career development track of national university faculty.Taking salary as the starting point,this paper studies the phenomenon of asking for salary and taking part-time courses in this period,deeply excavates the background of these chaos,analyzes the role of salary in it,and probes into the influence of salary on the career of teachers from both sides.In terms of research methods and means,this paper comprehensively uses the historical research method,literature research method and case study method to study the outside occupation career development track of the Faculty of the National University during the period of Nanjing National Government from the perspective of salaries,explores the impact of salaries on the faculty in combination with the background of that time,and applies the relevant theories of population migration to carry out the theory of faculty mobility Chemical research.It can provide some reference for the development of higher education in our country.
