From time immemorial,China is an agricultural country.Since modern times,with the deepening of foreign aggression,the social instability becomes the main problems in China.In rural area of Chinese, this crisis is more serious,agricultural production is backward, the living standard of farmers is low,the problem of rural area education is becoming more and more obvious. To change this situation,with the slogans of saving and reforming rural area, the scholar of Rural reconstruction do various experiments in rural area. In the Rural reconstruction, they pay more attention to the reform of education,this push the development of rural area education forward between the1920’s and the1930’s.Since the founding of Republic of China, the polity of turbulence, natural disasters, backward economy and governors don’t pay attention to education and rural construction make the rural education fall behind with the urban education,especially in Anhui province. Although during this period, the social groups such as the rural construction movement advocating reform of rural education, some theorists and practitioners guide the practice activities in rural areas of Anhui deeply. The rural education appeared the new changes,but these guidelines is only partial,the government did not give a guarantee system,so it did not extend to the province.From the Nanjing National Government was set up to the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War,was a period of ten years of gold under its rule.For the domestic political stability,excellent external environment, the government actively to construction in all aspects.The government promulgated the relevant education laws and regulations,under the protection of the laws, the problem of rural education has also been a practical concern,social organizations and individuals force are more active in the rural education reform and popularization.In this period,Anhui rural area education can be developed preferably.The popularization of compulsory education,public education and improvement of production technology for the agricultural technology education in the rural area of Anhui. Based on the new changes of Anhui rural education in1927-1937as the research object,from the angle of history and pedagogy,two-way interaction of government and folk as the breakthrough point,exploring the development status of Anhui rural area education.The whole thesis is divided into four parts of education,the first part,mainly from the overall education development in Anhui rural areas,analysis of the education development in Anhui rural area since modern times,and the influence of environment on the development of education in rural areas,at the same time,reveal the crisis of rural education in Anhui.The second part,from the driving force of the government’s policy orientation and folk force,to explore the reasons for the development of education in rural areas of Anhui.The third part is the main part of the paper,from three aspects, to explore the development of education in rural areas of Anhui,including the agricultural technology education,the popularization of public education and school education.The fourth part,the analysis and evaluation of new characteristics in Anhui rural education,as well as the success and failure in the process of practice.
