Research On Living Willingness And Its Influencing Factors Of New Generation Of High Educated Population

At present,China is in the transition period from industrialization to urbanization,and in the state of rapid urbanization process.Rapid urbanization process and huge human resource gap accelerate migrants.At the same time,China's demographic dividend is gradually fading,and the aging population is becoming more and more serious in the process of urban development.In order to improve the ability of urban innovation and development and urban competitiveness,a number of cities in China have launched policies to attract talents since 2017.With the threshold of talent introduction falling and competition upgrading,there's been a "War for Talent",and major cities have attracted talents by reducing the settlement conditions.The inflow of healthy population can improve the economic vitality of the city,the dividend of population can promote the local economic development,and achieve both economic and social benefits.Therefore,this paper focuses on the study of the residence intention of the new generation of highly educated talents,finds out the influencing factors and puts forward relevant suggestions.In this paper,the new generation of highly educated population in Shijiazhuang city is selected as the research object,and the specific investigation area is in the Second Ring Road area of Shijiazhuang city.The influencing factors,measurement indexes and measurement problems of residence intention are determined by literature research,interview survey and questionnaire survey.The research content mainly includes the analysis of the current situation of the new generation of highly educated population in Shijiazhuang through the questionnaire survey data;the segmentation of the residents' willingness based on the decision tree model and the analysis of the influencing factors of the residents' willingness based on the structural equation model;finally,the corresponding research conclusions and suggestions are drawn.Through the above research,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Through the descriptive statistical analysis of the sample,it is found that the long-term residence intention of the new generation of highly educated population in Shijiazhuang is not high,and there are significant differences in different agegroups,marital status,education level and unit nature.(2)Through the decision tree model to subdivide the population of the new generation of highly educated people,it is found that the nature of housing and the nature of the unit are important variables that affect the willingness to stay,and the population with self-purchased and self-built houses and the nature of the unit as state-owned enterprises and organs are more inclined to stay for a long time.(3)Through the establishment of structural equation model to analyze the influencing factors of residence intention,it is found that talent policy,economic factors,natural environment and human environment are all positively related to residence intention.
