The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation ultimately depends on talents,and the competition for talents in today’s society has become the core of regional competition.In the process of regional economic development,talents have made outstanding contributions,whether in the development of emerging industries,or in the development of science and technology,and investment promotion.On the basis of the innovation-driven development strategy and the talent power strategy,the competition of regional comprehensive development strength is the competition of talents between regions.Based on the dynamic mobile population monitoring data of the National Health and Family Planning Commission,this paper analyzes the age sex,reason of mobility,monthly income level and employment distribution of the new generation of highly educated ex-talents in Northeast China by combining quantitative and qualitative methods,and explores the spatial distribution characteristics of the new generation of highly educated outflow population by means of spatial self-correlation analysis,local spatial correlation index,trend surface analysis,etc.The multi-regression analysis model explores the influence factors of the loss of highly educated population in the new generation.The research shows that:(1)in the demographic aspects of the new generation of highly educated outflow population to29-year-old youth mainly and significant gender differences,in socio-economics,the new generation of highly educated outflow population in the influx of people mainly engaged in technology,intelligence-intensive industries,higher income in the inflow of work is more s Tab.le;In terms of outflow,the new generation of highly educated outflow population in space there are certain amerent features,but the spatial distribution difference is significant,as shown in the west side of the Ha Chang city group for the new generation of highly educated population outflow hot spots,and shows from the central interior to the coast,along the edge of the city decreasing trend.(3)In terms of influence factors,the outflow of the new generation of highly educated population is the result of the combination of internal and external factors.Among the internal influence factors,different driving factors have different driving forces for the outflow of the new generation of highly educated people,among which average house price,education expenditure,social security and employment expenditure are the main factors affecting the loss of the new generation of highly educated population.Among the external factors,the new generation of highly educated outflows are influenced not only by social factors such as the income level and housing nature of the inflow,but also by factors such as sex,age,marital status,education level and age.Finally,through the analysis and conclusion of the previous article,from the cost of living,social public service level,education development level,economic development level and so on,put forward to alleviate the new generation of highly educated population loss of a large number of countermeasures.
