| With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.The progress of society and the development of knowledge will have a subtle and profound impact on the field of primary education,and will also put forward higher requirements for the development of primary education.Under the background of deepening the current curriculum reform in China,primary education should pay more attention to the development of curriculum teaching,but also pay more attention to the professional identity of primary school teachers,especially to new primary school teachers.This is not only the manifestation of "people-oriented" thought in the field of education,but also the need of the development of the era,with real practical significance.As we all know,only when teachers identify with their profession from the heart,can they be enthusiastic about their work and devote themselves to it,and then realize their value in the work.On the contrary,if teachers only regard their profession as a tool or means of making a living,which can't be said to be identity,let alone love,then it will inevitably lead to job burnout over time.From this we can see that the degree of teachers' professional identity affects the quality and sustainable development of primary education,so it can not be ignored.At present,there are more researches on Teachers' professional identity,and less researches on novice primary school teachers' professional identity.As the starting point of primary school teachers' career,the novice primary school teachers' recognition of their career will not only affect their work status,but also indirectly affect the future development of primary school education.Therefore,it is necessary to study the professional identity of novice primary school teachers,and the problem itself is worth focusing on.This study mainly adopts narrative research method,and selects S teacher of H primary school as a typical case to narrate.First of all,the core concepts of "novice teachers","professional identity","professional identity of teachers" and "professional identity of novice primary school teachers" are defined,and the connotation and structural dimensions of novice primary school teachers' professional identity are analyzed.Secondly,through in-depth interviews and physical collection and analysis,we can understand the "history" of S teacher's growth and development,and present a vivid story of her present status of professional identity.Moreover,from the four aspects of S teacher's own factors,the support of key figures,school factors and social factors,this paper deeply analyzes how these factors affect the present status of S teacher's professional identity.Finally,from the teacher level,school level,government level and social level,this research tries to put forward the feasible strategies to improve the professional identity of novice primary school teachers. |
