In China's huge teacher team,rural teachers occupy a high proportion of primary and secondary school teachers in China,which is an important cornerstone to promote the balanced development of basic education and determine the quality of education in rural areas.In a large group of rural teachers,novice teachers are an important part,and they will go through a very challenging adaptation stage during their entry years.Whether they can successfully go through this stage will not only affect the development direction of teachers' personal career,work at ease and devote themselves to education.The level of professional identity determines teachers' future career choice,career interest and career emotion,and then affects the career development and indirectly affects the quality of education.This study H area in jiangxi province as a case,the fully combed the identity,on the basis of related research context,the establishment of a rural primary school teachers' professional identity to be appointed research framework,respectively compiled the countryside elementary school teachers' professional identity status questionnaire to be appointed,and the factors affecting rural elementary school beginning teachers' professional identity questionnaire ",A total of 216 primary school teachers with less than 5 years of teaching experience in 23 township primary schools in H district of Jiangxi Province were investigated.Through the questionnaire survey,the research found that :(1)the professional identity of rural primary school teachers in H district of jiangxi province is generally above the average level;(2)There are significant differences in the professional identity of rural primary school teachers in gender,age,marital status,whether they are class teachers,teaching grade,education background,etc.(3)The factors affecting the professional identity of rural primary school teachers include the personal level,the school level and the social level.Among them,teachers' entry motivation,colleague relationship at work,parents' attitude,development space,working environment,leadership and management ability,fairness of work distribution and workload,etc.And wage income and social evaluation are significantly correlated with teachers' professional identity.(4)From the school level,the most influential factor for the professional identity of rural primary school teachers is colleague relationship,followed by development space,and workload;From the social level,income level factors have a stronger impact on the professional identity of rural primary school teachers than social evaluation factors.Combined with the research results,the reasons behind the results are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.On the social level,on the one hand,we should increase the financial proportion of rural primary school teachers to improve the treatment of teachers;On the other hand,we should guide the social fashion of respecting teachers and valuing education,and establish teachers' prestige and good image.At the school level,we should not only optimize the campus "soft environment",form a good fashion of harmony,unity and mutual assistance in the campus,but also smooth the talent growth channel,perfect the talent selection mechanism and improve the talent training system.
