Professional identity is a positive mental state of teachers to the education profession.Kindergarten teachers can adapt to their posts smoothly when they are novices,and actively identify with their profession,which will have a profound impact on the future career of teachers.This study from the professional cognition,professional emotion,will and behavior,in S province novice teaching experience in three years,208 kindergarten teachers as investigation object,and for his professional identity status investigation and analysis,and selected from 10 typical teachers in-depth interviews,to further understand the novice teacher professional identity problems and cause analysis,then it puts forward some suggestions to improve the professional identity level of novice kindergarten teachers.It is found that the professional identity of novice teachers is in the middle and upper level,among which,the performance of professional behavior tendency is the best,followed by professional cognition and professional will,and the performance of professional emotion is poor.The age and monthly income of novice teachers are positively correlated with professional identity.Compared with teachers of non-preschool education major,the professional identity of novice teachers of preschool education major is higher.Compared with non-enrolled teachers,organized novice teachers have higher professional identity.Compared with private kindergartens,teachers’ professional identity in public kindergartens is higher.In terms of region,urban preschool teachers have the highest level of professional identity,followed by township and rural preschool teachers.There are significant differences in the level of professional identity among novice teachers with different educational backgrounds.The higher the educational background,the lower the level of professional identity.The professional identity of novice teachers has the following problems: professional cognition deviation,professional emotion need to be strengthened,professional will is not firm,professional skills are uneven,etc.To solve the problems in the professional identity of new kindergarten teachers,it is necessary for the society,kindergarten and teachers to make joint efforts.The government should improve the social security system of novice teachers and take active measures to improve their social status.Kindergartens also need to strengthen the training of teachers and create a harmonious working environment for them.Teachers themselves should correct their attitude,constantly learn and reflect,and actively make suitable career planning. |
