The primary school stage is an important part in the process of education,which has a profound influence.As the concrete executor of education teaching,their performance will directly determine the implementation effect of primary school teaching and even basic education stage.Novice teachers and elementary school is the one of the special groups,its particularity mainly for them is still at the starting and adaptation of their teachers' career stage,the stage of growing up is bound to be the next career planning and development to produce certain effect.Primary novice teachers only have high professional identity,to establish goals and direction of the self in its development,devoting themselves to their work,to achieve "win-win" of teachers and students grow together.Therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to the professional identity of elementary school novice teachers.First of the novice teachers in primary schools,this study defines the concept of teachers' professional identity,novice teachers' professional identity in primary schools this complex topic has carried on the classification,including induction motivation,professional,professional affective commitment,value cognition will identity,professional behavior,professional development for six dimensions.Three new elementary school teachers from different backgrounds in jinan city were selected as the research objects.In the study,the occupational identity of three primary school novice teachers was presented in the form of case description,and the current status of their professional identity was analyzed in detail.Three novice teachers in the internal motivation and external motivation to pursue under the comprehensive influence of teachers' profession,really realize the ideal and the reality gap after induction,experiencing the transition from the different aspects of the stress and discomfort,at the same time,constantly adjust,showed positive behavior,and set clear goals for the future development.In the analysis of the factors that influence the professional identity of elementary school novice teachers,it is found that the influencing factorsare generally divided into two aspects: teacher's personal factors and external environmental factors.The personal influencing factors of novice teachers mainly include teachers' personal cognition,education experience and the socialization transformation of teachers' roles.External influencing factors include school management mode,teachers' salary and income level,parents' cooperation degree and social training intensity.Based on the analysis and description of three primary school novice teachers' research cases,several conclusions are drawn:First,the formation of primary school novice teachers' professional identity is a dynamic and complex construction process.Second,due to the difference between their own development process and the current field,the novice teachers have diversified perception of the state of professional identity.Three is due to the particularity of the novice teachers' identity cause his professional identity is unique,this is due to the instability of professional identity novice teachers teaching time is short,the low cost of demission,role transformation caused discomfort.However,in general,novice teachers will still overcome difficulties after rational analysis,show positive behavioral tendencies towards work,and have a high overall level of professional identity.According to the research,several Suggestions are proposed for improving the professional identity of elementary school novice teachers:As a novice teacher,we should correct our attitude and get rid of the constraints of traditional concepts on gender,organization and other issues.Strict requirements themselves,improve professional quality,firm teaching will.In terms of the school,the school should optimize the management mode and raise the attention to primary school novice teachers.Reduce the intensity of work properly and provide new teachers with substantial training opportunities.We will build an effective development platform and a mechanism for mutual assistance.In the aspect of social environment,more efforts should be made to support new teachers in primary schools,including improving their salary and income,so that teachers can gain momentum.Timely recognition of the progress of novice teachers to help themovercome self-doubt and build professional confidence;In addition,appropriate policy adjustments can be made to pay attention to the gender composition,staffing and distribution of novice teachers in primary schools,so as to rationalize the structure of teachers.In a word,to improve the professional identity of elementary school novice teachers,we need to cooperate with each other in various aspects to jointly promote the development of primary school novice teachers.
