| Erobics is composed of music and movements.In the composition of music,the sense of music is the soul of music,but in the current teaching research,the teaching research on the musical sense of aerobics is relatively lacking.The role of sense of music in aerobics teaching.The research purpose of this thesis: Through the cultivation of the students' sense of music and music in public aerobics classes in colleges and universities,the research results of whether they can improve the learning effect of aerobics in order to provide a reasonable and effective theoretical basis for aerobics theory and practical teaching.The research methods include literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.The research idea is to test the students of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment with two aspects of musical sensibility,five basic technical levels of aerobics,and subjective cognition of aerobics,and further analyze the relevant data obtained by the test.In the course of the experiment,the teaching method of cultivating students' sense of fun was added to the experimental group,and the traditional method of teaching was used in the control group,the following research conclusions can be drawn:1.Before the experiment,two groups of students were tested for five aspects of musical ability and basic aerobics skills.The data obtained were tested by paired sample T test and independent sample T test,and p> 0.05 was obtained.It was confirmed that there were no significant differences in the indicators of the two groups of students,indicating the effectiveness of the experiment.2.After the experiment,the average values of the sense of music of the experimental group and the control group were 72.15 points,60.54 points and p = 0.00<0.01;the average values.of the sense of rhythm of the students of the experimental group and the control group were 15.25 ± s,16.38 ± s,and p = 0.00 <0.01.The average values of the basic technical level of the experimental group and the control group were 80.07 points and 69.90 points,respectively,and the average values of the five basic technical levels were higher in the experimental group than in the control group,p<0.05.There are significant differences in test results with basic technology.3.A questionnaire survey on the subjective cognition of the two groups of students showed that before and after the experiment,the sum of the changes of the two selection criteria of the experimental group before and after the experiment was46.66%.The sum of the changes in the two selection criteria of the control group before and after the experiment is 13.33%;in the interest performance of students inlearning aerobics,the sum of the changes in the two selection criteria of the experimental group before and after the experiment is 26.67%,and the control group The sum of the changes in the two selection criteria before and after the experiment was 10.01%;in the attitude of students in learning aerobics,the sum of the changes in the two selection criteria before and after the experiment was 30%,and the control group had two choices before and after the experiment The sum of the changes in the standard is 13.34%;in the performance of students participating in aerobics activities after school,the sum of the changes in the two selection criteria of the experimental group before and after the experiment is 39.99%,and that of the control group before and after the experiment The sum of the changes is 13.33%.In summary,the subjective cognition of the experimental group students on the music sense of aerobics before and after the experiment was significantly improved,and the control group students also improved their subjective cognition on the music sense of aerobics before and after the experiment,but compared with the control group students As for speaking,the students in the experimental group improved more. |
