Abstract: in the aerobics, music is the important carirer of expression and style,themovement is important of music, lively, clear music melody can effectively stimulatestudents’ emotion and sense of rhythm, improve students*ability in understanding ofaerobics and appreciation ability. Aerobic exercise is one of the main factors of music, sothe cultivation of music accompli shin ent is especially important for students. Students1music quality is high, has the very good music perception, can promote the unity of musicand movement and emotional, is conducive to cultivating students’ irch association andimagination, etc. Aerobics course of colleges and universities,on the one hand, to cultivatethe students’ aerobics motor skill, but also cultivate the students awareness andappreciation of music and movement between music and harmonious ability,namely thecultivation of the music accomplishment, this is not only beneifcial to improve the qualityof aerobics teaching, is also an important aspect of people’s comprehensive quality.
