| At present,primary and secondary school students in my country’s basic education have been studying in a simple teaching mode for a long time.Students accept passively,lack substantial participation,lack initiative,and generally lack learning enthusiasm and innovation.There is little communication and interaction,resulting in poor students’ learning effect,and teachers’ classroom teaching and students’ after-school learning become two separate processes.The new teaching mode "PAD Class" integrates the two teaching modes of teaching method and discussion method.Show,communicate and improve.In addition,another innovation of the PAD Class is to stagger the two links of lecture and discussion,so that students have a certain amount of time in the two links to arrange their own learning,carry out personalized internalization and absorption,and respond to Internalization and absorption processes are emphasized.Such a teaching-learning process not only ensures the efficiency of knowledge system transfer,but also gives full play to the initiative of students,so that students can learn in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.It can be seen from this that the infiltration of the teaching mode of "PAD Class" into the current basic education is undoubtedly a correct direction of classroom teaching reform.This paper takes the effect of "PAD Class" on the learning effect of aerobics for high school students as the research object,adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,and conducts a 17-week teaching experiment with the students of the special class of aerobics in the second year of senior high school as the experimental object.,to explore the effect of "PAD Class" on the three dimensions of learning attitude,affection performance and cooperative spirit,healthy behavior,skills and physical quality in the learning effect of high school students’ aerobics.and came to the following conclusions:1.The students’ interest and participation in aerobics learning in the experimental class have been improved,which indicates that the use of the PAD Class model can effectively improve the learning attitude of high school students to aerobics.2.The use of the PAD Class mode has a certain promotion effect on the emotional performance of students in the aerobics classroom,and the students’ spirit of cooperation is enhanced.3.The physical quality of the students in both classes has been improved;in the aspect of self-editing,the independent cognition and information processing ability of the students in the experimental class have been improved,effectively enhancing their self-confidence.In view of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Teachers should continuously improve their teaching ability,strengthen the management and control of classroom organization,and teachers should be able to provide students with a preset basic framework to make students’ learning attitudes more and more positive;(2)Teachers should focus on cultivating students’ ability to reflect and ask questions in the design of "bright,test,and help",clarify the topic of discussion,and guide students to actively discuss;(3)Increase the place for after-class materials to look up,not limited to the Internet platform,improve the utilization rate of materials,and ensure the quality and internalization of students’ after-school learning. |
