There is no problem in the field of education more widely concerned by the society than "curriculum reform",and the research on core literacy is considered to be the most important research topic of curriculum reform,and core literacy has become the core element of curriculum concept.Core literacy refers to the essential character and key ability that students should possess to meet the needs of life-long development and social development.In the general high school mathematics curriculum standard(2017 Edition),six core qualities are proposed,namely,mathematical abstraction,logical reasoning,mathematical modeling,intuitive imagination,mathematical operation and data analysis.Mathematical operation literacy is one of the six core literacy.Up to now,the research on mathematical operation literacy of senior high school in China has just begun.Mathematical operation literacy is a necessary basic literacy for every citizen,and it is necessary in the field of mathematics and other disciplines.At present,it is urgent to establish and improve the evaluation system of mathematics core literacy in China,and the actual level of students' mathematics operation literacy needs to be evaluated and understood.Therefore,this paper focuses o n the measurement and evaluation of high school students' mathematical literacy.This study mainly through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis.At the beginning of the article,through reading a lot of literature to analyze the research status of mathematics core literacy and mathematics core literacy,combined with the general high school mathematics curriculum standard(2017 version)and Pisa evaluation theory,we determined the content,process,situation and emotional attitude values as the four dimensions of data analysis literacy evaluation.Based on the solo classification theory,we formulated the level division standard of content dimension Accurate,has established the high school student mathematics operation accomplishment appraisal system.The test paper and investigation paper of high school students' mathematical operation literacy were compiled.A total of 142 students from three different classes in grade two of a key middle school in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,were selected as samples for the test.With the help of excel2016 and spss22.0,the overall analysis,correlation analysis,difference analysis and various evaluation dimensions of the data are carried out.The results show that:(1)the overall analysis of senior high school students' mathematical operation literacy shows that the students are just passing the test in accordance with the general test standard.The percentage system of questionnaire survey is 77.3.It shows that the emotional attitude of high school students in mathematical literacy belongs to a good level.(2)Through Pearson correlation analysis,the overall score of the test paper is moderately related to the overall score of the questionnaire,while the scores of the students' mathema tical literacy test paper,the questionnaire and the overall score are not significantly related to gender.The total score of the test paper,the total score of the questionnaire and the total score of the whole are significantly related to the type of class in which the students belong.(3)Through the one-way ANOVA,there was no significant difference in the overall level of mathematical literacy,the score of test paper based on content,and the values of emotional attitude among students of different genders.There are significant differences in the overall level of mathematical literacy,content-based test scores,emotional attitudes and values of students in different classes.(4)the analysis of the content dimension of mathematical literacy of high school students shows.There is a big difference in the score rate of students under the secondary index of content dimension.The highest score rate is the number sequence,reaching 72.27%,while the lowest score rate is the unit of straight line and conic curve,with a score rate of 45%.(5)The analysis of the dimension evaluation results of high school students' mathematical operation process shows that the scoring rate of forming mathematics is the highest among the three processes.In this process,the lowest scoring rate is to explain mathematics.(6)The result analysis of the situation dimension of high school students' mathematical operation literacy evaluation shows that the highest score is the second level index of Science(7).The result analys is of the emotional attitude and values dimension of high school students' mathematical operation literacy shows that the vast majority of students have a correct attitude and take it seriously.There is still room to improve the value identification of mathematics operation related content learning in the formation of good thinking quality.According to the results of the evaluation,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)the examination proposition should pay attention to the investigation of the real situation and the operation thinking.(2)For the teachers themselves,we should strengthen the study of mathematical operation thinking literacy theory,and strengthen the teachers' mastery of mathematical operation literacy knowledge.(3)In the process of teaching,teachers should select teaching contents carefully,arrange teaching links reasonably,strengthen the cultivation of good calculation habits and methods,and stimulate students' interest in mathematics learning.
