Investigation And Research On High School Students' Literacy In Mathematics Operations

Mathematics plays an irreplaceable role in the formation of human rational thinking,scientific spirit and the promotion of personal intelligence development.Mathematics literacy is the basic literacy that everyone should have in modern society.The six core literacy of mathematics are first put forward in the “Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Senior High School(2017 Edition)”.Among them,mathematical operation literacy refers to the quality of solving mathematical problems according to the algorithm on the basis of clarifying the operation objects.It plays an important role in the development of students' mathematical thinking,forming the quality of standardized thinking,and cultivating the scientific spirit of meticulous,rigorous and realistic Important role.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the current situation of high school students' mathematical operation literacy and cultivate students' operation literacy in mathematics teaching.Based on the above background,this paper selects five hundred students in grade two and three from four senior high schools in Mudanjiang area of Heilongjiang Province as the research object,mainly adopting literature review,questionnaire survey and test method.First of all,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research on the connotation of mathematical operation literacy,the factors affecting the operation literacy and the level of operation literacy of students in various regions,and the teaching research based on the cultivation of operation literacy,and expounds the related concepts of mathematical operation literacy and the relationship with other mathematical core literacy.On this basis,according to the level of mathematical operation literacy in the curriculum standard,and in-depth analysis of the teaching and evaluation cases in the appendix of the curriculum standard,as well as the recent three-year college entrance examination questions,a test paper to test the level of students' operation literacy,questionnaire,survey the basic situation of students' mathematics operation literacy in the current region.The test and survey data were analyzed by SPSS,and the following conclusions were obtained:Through this test paper survey and questionnaire survey,it is found that there are mainly the following problems in middle school students' mathematical literacy.First,the importance of mathematical operation literacy is not fully understood,and the calculation link in the process of problem-solving is despised;second,the knowledge structure of students has a direct impact on the level of operation literacy;third,the level of operation literacy among students is quite different,under the same teaching conditions,some students can meet the requirements of high-level mathematical operation literacy,and some students can only be at a lower level;fourth,the mathematical operation element Generally,the performance of the high level of cultivation is poor,and the cultivation of computing literacy is affected by other literacy levels.Finally,according to the test results,six teaching strategies are put forward on how to cultivate students' mathematical operation literacy.The first is to create problem situations and stimulate students' internal learning motivation and interest;the second is to attach importance to the cultivation of students' mathematical language ability and be good at using mathematical language to represent problems;the third is to use heuristic teaching method to guide students to carry out inquiry learning;the fourth is to focus on the cultivation of intuitive imagination quality and the cultivation of students' good use of the idea of combination of numbers and shapes;the fifth is to attach importance to the provision of operation materials for multi perspective analysis To cultivate students' ability of divergent thinking and knowledge transfer;sixthly,to pay attention to the demonstration of calculation and cultivate students' good habit of calculation.At the same time,the corresponding teaching cases are attached.
