Geographical practice is an integral part of the core quality of geography.The practical ability of students in geographical is acquired by the school through organizing and carrying out practical teaching activities.Among then,The level of teacher's professionalism and superb instructing ability(software resources)and the instruments,equipment,places and tools,etc.(hardware resources)needed for the cultivation of geography practice provided by schools play a decisive role.Henan Province is population big province,so Henan's basic education is a mirror of the whole country.Similarly,the problems in Henan are also the problems in the whole country.In terms of the software resources and hardware resources needed for geographical practice,there is a huge gap between the majority of middle schools in Henan Province and the national training requirements.The study explores a new way for higher normal colleges and its teaching practice middle schools to jointly cultivate students' geographic practical ability,which will not only solve the problem of insufficient practical resources in middle schools,but also helps to improve the teaching quality.This study has two goals: First,find out the current situation of software resources and hardware resources for the cultivation of geographical practical ability in middle schools in Henan;Second,explore ways to cultivate high school students' practical ability in geography.Based on this,the research selects 30 middle schools of different levels and regions in Henan Province,through the questionnaire survey and interview of the front-line geography teachers,which finds out the existing problems of the current middle school geography practice training.In view of the prominent shortage of practical resources,this study finds solutions.Combining the experience of educational internship and the experience of organizing inspections,a case of resource sharing and joint cultivation of joint cultivation of students' geographic practical ability between Xinyang Normal University and Songji middle school was designed.And it is applied in the actual teaching,and then its effect is evaluated.The author applies this case in practical teaching and evaluates its effect.Then taking this as an example,the joint approach is preliminarily explored.Finally,it concludes that the higher normal colleges and their education practice middle schools jointly cultivate students based on the "resourcesharing",the "educational interns" as the link,the "double tutor system" as the guarantee,and the "cooperation and win-win" as the driving force a new approach to geographic practical power,and design reference cases for practical activities.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)The cognitive level of the core literacy of high school geography teachers in Henan Province is low,and the ability to guide geographic practice is not comprehensive;(2)There is a huge gap between the places,instruments and equipment provided by high schools in Henan Province and the implementation requirements of curriculum standards;(3)It is an effective way to jointly train students' geographic practical ability with local normal university and education practice middle schools;(There are four reasons: first,the higher normal colleges has abundant practical resources;second,it has a long-term cooperation foundation;third,the educational interns are the link between the middle school and the university;fourth,the "dual tutor system" implemented by the high teacher and the middle school provided system guarantee);(4)Joint training can achieve a "win-win" effect.High enthusiasm close the relationship between Normal University and practice middle school and provide convenient conditions for normal students to practice in middle school,which also provide potential high-quality students for the enrollment of geography majors in Normal University;(5)The level of students 'geography practice mechanics has been significantly improved,which promotes the cultivation of their geography practice literacy and lays the foundation for joint training of students' core literacy in geography.Through the combination of theory and practice,the paper explores the way to jointly train students 'geography practical ability in normal colleges and education practice middle schools,which will provide a feasible way for middle school to cultivate students' geographical practical ability.
