With the increasingly fierce international competition,the cultivation of comprehensive talents with STEAM ideas has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad.Paper,therefore,high school geography are compulsory 1 in 2004 as the object,in the brief analysis of STEAM force to promote education concept of geographical practice and application of high school geography practice force based on the analysis of the status quo,put forward the concept of STEAM in the cultivation of high school geography practical strategies and teaching process,according to the design of two typical teaching case,and probes into the application effect of each case assessment and teaching reflection.The results of this study can be used to improve the practice ability of high school students and promote the teaching of geography in middle schools.The main research process and results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of predecessors to STEAM based on the research of education concept,combed the STEAM education concept,geographical practice force and geography practical activities and other related concepts,combined with high school geography practical training requirement,from exercise will quality,improve the ability to act and feel observation ability aspects analyzes the STEAM of high school geography education concept of practical training.(2)Questionnaire and actual teaching observation found that the current STEAM concept in high school geography education to cultivate the students' practical there are geographical practice in fewer and fewer interdisciplinary knowledge integration and STEAM ground difficult problems such as education concept,its main value is influenced by the geographical practice enough,interdisciplinary lack of communication between teachers and teachers' individual differences between geographic literacy and factors such as lack of form a complete set of STEAM idea course resources.(3)Based on the above issues,from improving geography practice importance,organization to carry out the STEAM force supporting teacher training,write STEAM geography practice teaching etc.Put forward some teaching strategies,and the geographical practice force from carding elements containing STEAM training requirements,determine the practice topic,creating real situation,design solutions,interdisciplinary project practice,shows the communication link of seven aspects,such as evaluation,reflection STEAM was proposed to cultivate high school geography education concept of practical teaching flowchart.(4)According to the teaching strategy and teaching process,this paper designs the case design and teaching practice of the simulation experiment of the differences between land and sea heating and the hand-drawn satellite map,and evaluates the teaching objectives and the training requirements of geographical practice.The results show that STEAM educational philosophy can help students improve their practical ability in geography.
