With the rapid development of the times,more and more people are thinking about how to compiete an activity with high quality within the set time.The emergence of project management meets people's requirements for quality and ffficiency.As an new and efficient management method,project management was first applied to weapons made during the war,but becaues of its preferably operation,it has gradually been attached importance to by other fields and industries.Teaching reform is one of the key taskas of the school,bacauese it conforms to the characteristics of the project,so it can be carried out in the way of project management.The new management mode can not only improve the quality of teaching reform,but also change teachers' management cognition and management mode to some extent.This research mainly adopts the case study method,combined with method of literature research,takes the project management theory as the research framework,and carries out a follow-up study on the mathematics teaching reform project of YF school.In the research,the process of carrying out the teaching reform project,the results achieved and the existing problems are the main issues to be explored in this study.Firstly,this research defines the concepts of “project management ”and “teaching reform”,and demonstrate that the teaching reform belongs to the category of project based on the characteristics of project,so it can be carried out in the way of project management.Then the project and related research on teaching reform are sorted out to lay a foundation for follow-up research.Secondly,it introduces relevant theories of project management,establishes the analysis framework of this research,and analyzes the whole process of YF school teaching reform project from the start to the end.Thirdly,deeply analyze the data collected through observation and interview,to explor achievements and problems of teaching reform projrct in YF school.Through the observation and interview that YF school teaching reform project focused on the problem existing in two aspects of quality management and communication management,specific for lack of corresponding incentive,research too academic.project menbesrs to promote students creative thinking be confusion and project director and technical personnel communication not smooth.Finally,it analyzes the cause of problems and proposes specific suggestions based on the reasons,inciuding improving project plan and setting up reward system.Carry out special training,improve the quality of teaching reform and strengthen communication,improve the communication quality of teaching reform project,hope to be able to provide a reference for other schools to ues the method of project management.
