Research On Teaching Management Project Maturity Of Sino-foreign Cooperated Education

Project management maturity model for enterprise provides a framework for evaluation and improvement of its project management level. Project management maturity model is based on the basis of project management process and project management level of the enterprise from chaos to continue to optimize the evolutionary process is divided into five levels orderly, forming an escalation of the platform. In which lower-level project management level will be used as the basis to reach the next higher level, enterprise project management maturity process that is escalating its project management process of gradual accumulation. Enterprises with project management maturity model can make its own evaluation of project management capabilities, and can find out the flaws in project management and to identify weaknesses in the management of their projects, which continues to improve the enterprise’s own project management level, project management capabilities to enable enterprises to continue to grow. The school has a class of business in nature, belong to the range of applications of the project maturity model.In this paper, the key construction cooperative education institutions and foreign universities as the main research areas, from both qualitative and quantitative aspects of strategic alliances to prove the necessity and feasibility of university teaching management maturity model, and then make the design of the model. Therefore, this paper will first study on characteristics of sino-foreign cooperated education and application of project management maturity model status quo, identify the topics; From a strategic alliance theory, maturity models and foreign cooperation in running problematic situation analysis, through interviews and questionnaires methods collection evaluation and screening for indicators classify and quantify, identify key process areas and their objectives, combined with project management maturity model and the model is hierarchical classification and assessment methods; Finally, as a case analysis, the specific describes application of the model.
