Project Management Research On Higher Vocational Fine Course Construction

Since the Ministry of Education a notice “Starting the Construction of theQuality of Education and Educational Reform Engineering Quality Course”in2003,the construction of quality courses has been developed for more than tenyears,and achieved a nationwide quality teaching resource sharing.Vocationalquality course construction projects have also been launched, most institutionsresponds positively to improve the requirements of teaching quality. It is animportant way to improve the higher-level personnel training that constructingvocational quality courses better. However,under the construction of the vocationalquality course,there are still some problems that needs to be solved. this article willintroduce project management mode into the Construction of the vocational qualitycourse,then adopt the ideas of project to optimize the allocation of limited teachingresources.This article has a detailed elaboration on the construction of the vocationalquality course, by comparing and sorting the collection of literature on the issue ofthe construction. it is based on the theory of management project, covering five stages ofproject: setting, planning, implementing,testing and maintaining. and it takesthe college-level quality courses in the Jiangxi Polytechnic College as anexample, adopt the six parts of the project:the curriculum, teaching content,teaching methods and means, teachers, practice conditions and teachingeffects. Finally, the paper points out three safeguards and relatedrequirements on Vocational Course Construction.
