| Nowadays,the content of children's physical fitness projects is increasing.In recent years,campus football has been rapidly developed and promoted in China.As a popular item in sports,the influence of football on children is increasingly influenced by educators.Many experts engaged in education mentioned that the purpose of campus football is to cultivate more and more talents needed by society.Children's football games developed for the purpose of cultivating children's interest in football.This paper studies the influence of football games on physical fitness,attention and observation of 6-year-old children through the form of football games,aiming at providing theoretical basis for the better development of football games for children.This study used literature,interview,experimental and mathematical statistics to conduct a three-month teaching experiment with a total of 40 6-year-old children from two kindergartens in Xingsha,Changsha City.Six indicators were based on the children's part of the National Physical Fitness Measurement Standard.Children's attention and observation were tested using the internationally recognized “Wei's Preschool and Early Intelligence Scale”(WPPSI)to test children before and after the experiment.Finally,comparative analysis was performed based on the results before and after the experiment.The results of the experiment show that after three months of football game teaching,the conclusions are below:(1)Before the football game teaching experiment,the experimental group and the control group have no significant difference on speed,sensitivity,upper limb strength and waist strength,balance ability,flexibility,lower limb strength and physical coordination;(2)After the football game teaching experiment,the test results of the six items in the control group are higher than before;the physical quality indicators in the control group are six.None of them has significant difference;(3)After the football game teaching experiment,the P value of the six test items in the experimental class is greater than 0.05 after the T-test analysis of 10-meter turn-back running,walking balance beam and sitting forward bending,and there is no significant difference;the P value of the T-test analysis of the three items of tennis throw,double foot continuous jump and standing long jump is less than 0.05,with significant difference;That is to say,under the intervention of football game teaching,children's upper limb strength,waist and abdomen strength,lower limb strength and body coordination are improved;(4)Before the football game teaching experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the two indicators of attention and observation;(5)After the experiment of football game teaching,the five items of operation IQ test in the experimental class,animal room,drawing complement,maze,geometric figure and block answer,are all less than 0.05 through T-test analysis,showing significant difference.It shows that under the intervention of football game teaching experiment,children's attention and observation ability have been significantly improved.In summary,in terms of physical fitness,the three items of tennis throwing away,continuous jumping,and standing long jump have significant improvement,indicating that football games can enhance the upper limb strength and waist strength,lower limb strength and body coordination of 6-year-old children.There is no significant improvement in the 10 m turn-back run,the balance beam,and the sitting body forward bend,but there is an increasing trend in achievement;There were significant improvements in the five items of animal room,drawing and filling,maze,geometry and block answers,indicating that football games could improve the attention and observation of 6-year-old children. |
