| Children’s population base is large in our country. As the three-child policy has been announced, there will be a new increment in children’s population in a few years.Children are the hope and future of the country,so our country has always been paying attention to the comprehensive development of children.we need to put sports and health in the first place of children’s development both for the goal of building up a good basis in the follow-up learning and lifelong development and for the core of balancing development in sports, intelligence, morality and arts.We have to do more research on scientific projects about it.This paper has researched and analysed on the the effects of football games intervention on physical quality of 5-6 year old children. It chose 52 5-6 year old children in the Kindergarten of South China University of Technology(Eastern District)randomly, including an experimental group of 25 children for football games intervention and a control group of27 children for conventional sports. The experiment was executed three times a week and lasted for 10 weeks. And it lasted for 30 minutes each time. The experiment index are 10-meter shuttle running, standing long jump, continuous double-leg jump, tennis throwing,sitand-reach and balance beam walking.Using the SPSS 22.0,the paper analysed and examined how the football games intervention effected physical quality of the experimental group with dependent examples. After the experiment,it drew a conclusion including:(1)Children in the experimental group made a remarkable improvement in 10-meter shuttle running, standing long jump, continuous double-leg jump and sit-and-reach,but they improved little in tennis throwing and balance beam walking.(2)Children in the control group made a remarkable improvement in balance beam walking, but they improved little in other experiment index, almost the same as before.(3)Football games can improve remarkably in agility, explosive strength of the legs, flexibility and physical coordination of 5-6 year old children compared with conventional sports.(4)And conventional sports improve better in the ability of balance of 5-6 year old children. |
