Ball sports have the characteristics of complex technical movements and varied movement patterns.The uniqueness and fun of sports are deeply loved by people.Turning ball games into children's ball games can make children have a strong interest in sports.Therefore,actively participate in physical exercise to achieve the purpose of strengthening the health of young children.Physique is one of the important indicators reflecting the health of the human body.At present,the related research on physical constitution is mainly based on conceptual research at the theoretical level,which is mostly limited to the biological aspect,and there are few studies on the impact of exercise intervention on physical fitness.As a novel form of exercise,ball games are still lacking in research on the effects of physical fitness.A total of 60 preschool children aged 5-6 years old were randomly selected from five kindergartens in Changping District,Beijing.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used the designed ball games as the training content,and the control group implemented the regular kindergarten sports activities.The intervention time of the experimental group and the control group was 12 weeks,and the frequency was 3 times per week,and the teaching time was 1 hour.The physical indicators were tested in both groups before the experiment,and the physical indicators were tested again after 12 weeks.Taking the "National Children's Physical Health Test Standard" as the test content,after studying the training of ball games,the changes of the physical test indicators of the experimental subjects,through data analysis,to understand the trends and causes of the changes,for the training of children's physical function and quality in China The method provides a reference.The research results are as follows:1.There was no significant difference in height and weight between the experimental group and the control group after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,indicating that the ball game had no significant effect on the body shape indicators of children aged 5-6 years.2.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention in the experimental group,the physical strength,upper limb strength and waist strength of the experimental group were significantly improved,and there was significant difference with the control group;the lower limb strength was not significant in the experimental group and the control group.Differences;statistics show that the impact of ball games on boys' power quality is more obvious;3.In the experimental group,after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,in the endurance quality and balance,the children in the experimental group improved their performance before and after the experiment,and the growth index of female children was better than that of the male.The statistics showed that the experimental group had There was a significant difference in the control group.4.In the experimental group,after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,there were gender differences in the flexibility quality.There was no significant difference between the male infant experimental group and the control group,but there was a significant difference between the female infant experimental group and the control group.5.In the experimental group,after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of speed quality and sensitive quality test indicators.
