The preschool stage is a critical period for the rapid development of children’s attention.How to effectively improve the attention level of preschool children and improve children’s learning and cognitive ability has always been a concern of academia,society and families.In accordance with the requirements of my country’s "3-6-year-old Children’s Learning and Development Guide" for children’s physical development,combined with the characteristics of physical and mental development of 5-6-year-old preschool children,this study designed a physical fitness training program and implemented teaching experiments to measure children at various stages.The changes of attention-related indicators provide theoretical and practical references for physical fitness training to effectively improve children’s attention levels.Thirty-eight children without attention deficit and meeting the training requirements were randomly selected from two large classes in Jinan Kindergarten,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 19 children each.The children in the experimental group were given physical fitness training,and the children in the control group were given routine physical exercise in kindergartens.The main purpose of the physical fitness training program is to improve the attention level of children,taking into account the changes in physical fitness indicators to judge the effectiveness of physical fitness training.Quality and physical training are organically combined to carry out teaching experiments.Before the experiment,after 6 weeks,and after 12 weeks,the attention level of the children was tested by the "Adjusted Attention Test Scale" to verify the effect of 12-week physical fitness training and regular physical exercise on the attention of preschool children aged 5-6 years old.difference.Through the analysis of the test results of attention quality and physical quality indicators in each stage of the teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Physical fitness training has a positive effect on the attention level of preschool children aged 5-6 years.Children’s attention stability,attention distribution and attention transfer levels were significantly improved after 6 weeks of physical fitness training,and significantly improved after 12 weeks.Attention span level also improved significantly after 6 weeks of physical fitness training intervention,and then increased more slowly.2.Compared with routine physical exercise,physical fitness training has a more significant improvement effect on the four quality of attention.Both kinds of training can effectively improve the attention stability,attention distribution and attention transfer level of preschool children aged 5-6.Regular physical activity,however,had less effect on attention span levels.3.The physical fitness training program in this study can effectively improve the balance,flexibility,speed and agility of preschool children aged 5-6.And it has high interest and strong pertinence;the design content is rich and diverse,and the training form fits the development law of children’s groups,which can effectively improve children’s physical fitness and promote children’s mental health development. |
