With the increasing importance of higher vocational education in the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening China through talents,vocational education in our country has also ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges.To enhance the rapid development of vocational education,it is inseparable from the majority of higher vocational education teachers,but also can not be separated from the grassroots management personnel engaged in teaching management and teaching aids.The management of the school plays a decisive role in the smooth running of the school's various tasks.It is related to the immediate interests of teachers and students and plays an important role in the smooth development of all kinds of work in higher vocational colleges.The grass-roots management personnel engaged in management work are the direct executors of university management work and the main body of management work.The initiative and enthusiasm of their work directly affect the smooth development of school management work.However,the deficiency of the internal incentive mechanism in colleges and universities results in grassroots managers' low initiative and weak service awareness,which directly affects the improvement of management level and school development.This paper reviews the current situation of the application of incentive theory at home and abroad,and combines relevant incentive theories to lay the foundation for the establishment of the incentive mechanism for the basic management personnel of the T-Professional Institute of Technology.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,based on data from questionnaires and results of interviews,the status quo of the incentive mechanism of T-technical colleges was analyzed,and the causes of the problems were analyzed to find out the impact of the management staff of T-technical colleges.The main factors of enthusiasm include proposing targeted suggestions for constructing incentive mechanisms,namely,optimizing job design,promotion mechanism,establishing effective performance appraisal system,reward mechanism,and training mechanism,combining material incentives with spiritual incentives,and creating a foundation for management personnel.A healthy and positive team atmosphere fully mobilizes the enthusiasm and initiative of the management staff,and provides teachers and students with high-quality services while continuing to meet self-needs.
