Institutions of higher learning are the public institutions of the state.With the support of national finance,colleges and universities play four functions of talent cultivation,scientific research,cultural inheritance and social service through teachers' teaching and scientific research.And the administrative department is responsible for the management of the daily operation of the school.The work efficiency and work quality of these departments have an important influence on the function of the school.At present,some administrative departments in Colleges and universities have low efficiency and low enthusiasm.The main reason is that the incentive mechanism is not perfect,scientific and reasonable.Under this background,how to improve the incentive mechanism in the administrative departments of colleges and universities,so as to guide employees to work efficiently and efficiently,and then improve the quality of education and teaching in Colleges and universities,is of great value.This paper first through in-depth research,the current situation and working environment of objective and true geographic in China under the administrative personnel in Colleges and universities,points out the problem of the efficiency of the administrative personnel in Colleges and universities,but also analyzes these problems of the environment and realistic background;secondly,according to the above facts and background the situation,taking Baoding Vocational and Technical College as a case,analysis of reasons affecting the administrative personnel's work enthusiasm;thirdly,combined with the reality and the past experience and difficulties to improve the administrative staff incentive mechanism facing;fourth,establish the ideal of university administrative teaching management personnel incentive mechanism,clear the target and the fundamental principle,detailed countermeasures and ways;finally,a conclusion is drawn,and One step is to think about the future trend of the incentive mechanism for this kind of people.
