Tourism has changed lives and has improved quality.As China has been building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,people's wish for a better life and the level of tourism consumption are also rising.Tourism is shifting towards the statue of whole-scene,whole-industry,full-time and national-wide tourism,and the needs for high-level tourism professionals have become more and more diverse and urgent.As an important part of higher education,vocational education on tourism has been playing an active and important role.Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality,as the only higher career college on tourist in Jiangsu Province,has also gathered a wide range of social concerns.As the representative of the development of higher occupational colleges,Nanjing tourism administrative personnel are the backbone of the school administrative,and also play an important role.The working attitude,spirituality and professional quality of administrative personnel directly affects the higher occupation colleges of the whole instruction,who have become the driving force of the school to a higher level and are the foundation of wisdom and the guarantee of the school.It has become a strategic problem for Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism for administrative personnel,fully mobilize the enthusiasm,creativity and vitality of the administrative staff.Currently,there are a lot of problems on the incentive mechanism of administrative personnel in Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality,either from the construction or implementation,which is not optimistic.If these problems are not solved effectively and timely,it will bring negative effects and will become an obstacle on the road ahead.Taking Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality as a case,starting from the introduction,based on the combing and elaborating theory,this paper focus on the analysis of current administrative staff incentive status and summarize through the phenomenon and the main problems.Learning from the advanced experience,the paper will put forward the feasible and effective solutions by analyzing the causes of these problems to strengthen the system construction and improving the incentive form and evaluation mechanism.
