| The problem of backward students is a problem that every teacher will encounter in the teaching process,and it is also an urgent problem to be solved in education and teaching.In the context of the new college entrance examination where both opportunities and challenges coexist,this paper studies the undergraduates in high school ideological and political classes from the perspective of the new college entrance examination under the new situation of students taking high school ideological and political courses and taking exams.In addition,the ideological and political course itself has the function of moral education,and it has certain advantages in the post-transformation problem.General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly talked about the importance of ideological and political teachers in the students' morality and deeds at the teacher forum.Therefore,we have the responsibility to be more responsible for the transformation of ideological and political after-school students,so that ideological politics The lesson rekindled new life.I have been a high school ideological and political teacher for five years,and the problem of after-school students has always been the focus of my research.In 2018,the Hubei Province where the author is located officially started the reform of the new college entrance examination.This year,the author just happened to be the first ideological and political teacher to face the reform of the new college entrance examination.Through the observation of students in the classroom,the interviews with students after the class,mainly Use literature,interviews,and case studies.Combined with the background of the new college entrance examination reform,some thoughts on the reasons and transformation strategies of high school ideological and political after-school students have been formed.This article has five parts:The first part is the foreword.Introduce the basis for selecting this topic,what is the theoretical and practical significance.Find support for theory and practice for research.The second part is the research status at home and abroad.Through the literature method,we will summarize the research on the undergraduates at home and abroad,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research,and find a breakthrough point for our own research.The third part defines the core concept.There are many definitions of the late students.The students in this paper refer to students with poor learning caused by non-intellectual factors,which define the basic concepts for the writing of the thesis.The fourth part is the reason for the post-initiation of high school ideological and political education in the perspective of the new college entrance examination.It mainly seeks the reasons from the perspectives of students,teachers,disciplines and families.The fifth part is the transformation strategy of high school ideological and political after-school students from the perspective of the new college entrance examination,and finds countermeasures for the reasons.This is the focus of this paper.However,among the above reasons,the author believes that teachers who teach and educate should play a major role in the transformation of the undergraduates.Therefore,the transformation strategy of the undergraduates in this paper is more focused on what teachers should do in the perspective of the new college entrance examination.Class study,selection and reasonable formulation of teaching objectives,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude;carefully arranging teaching content,developing curriculum resources;active change of teaching mode;teaching methods to retreat;in the new era,to enhance teachers' teaching feelings;teaching At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen management.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a new method of teaching management in the ideological and political class.Finally,withthe cooperation of parents,the students will gradually change.The sixth part is a summary.As an ideological and political teacher,it will not be smooth on the road of our exploration and transformation.However,we cannot stop exploring and have the confidence and perseverance.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide some useful reference for the high school ideological and political teachers explored in the new college entrance examination,so that our ideological and political subjects gradually change the status quo in the new college entrance examination,and open a window for the broad masses of educators in the front line.Let ideological and political teachers see hope on the way to the new college entrance examination. |
