| The family is one of the essential places for the individual to complete the socialization,and the family education will have a lifelong influence on the individual.For children,receiving a good family education will benefit them a lot in life,and if the family education is seriously lacking,it will affect the healthy development of children's body and mind.As the first teacher of children,parents' behavior and behavior always directly or indirectly affect the growth and development of children,and the educational environment and atmosphere of the family also influence the development of children to a certain extent,so the level of family education ability plays a vital role in the healthy growth of children.Poor children's families,owing to their lack of resources and capabilities,The lack of effective intervention will have a negative impact on the development of poor children.Based on the project of "good society building dream children ",this paper studies the poor children's families in XD primary school,GM primary school and TD primary school in HL city,and conducts a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview on the present situation,problems and needs of the poor children's family education.Homes for poor children The author finds that the main reasons are the backward concept of family education,the improper way of family education,the single content of family education,the imbalance of interpersonal support network and the shortage of access to information channels.In view of the problems and reasons of poor children's lack of family education ability,the author takes the theory of increasing ability and the theory of social support as the research perspective,and uses the method concept of group work to carry out the specific service of raising the family education ability for the six parents and children who meet the needs of service recruitment in GM Primary School in HL City.Using group growth motivation at the interpersonal level to build online and offline mutual support networks for team members,and establishing informal mutual support networks for team members.Build a formal family-school-community three-dimensional information resource network;at the environmental resource level,provide parents of poor children with a variety of access to family education information resources,including the establishment of offline family education book corner,organize parents of poor children to pay attention to quality family education public number,read family education e-books and share family education knowledge with each other.At the end of the group activities,the improvement in family education was demonstrated through the parent self-assessment scale and the child other assessment scale.It can be seen that social work has certain effect on improving family education. |
