Children are an important source of sustainable social development and an important driving force for national economic development and civilization progress.The promulgation of the Law on the Promotion of Family Education actively responds to the general concern of the society on the issue of family education,and focuses on such topics as improving the guidance service of family education,enhancing the awareness of family education,and enhancing the endogenous ability of families in difficulties in the form of legislation.With the deepening of the urbanization construction,the rural economic structure and population structure are changing,and the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas and regions further highlights.However,due to its regional particularity,the lack of ability in family education exposed in rural areas needs more attention from the society.Based on the social work service project of Q Town,Tianjin(hereinafter referred to as "social work Station Project")purchased by the government,this study conducted a research on the family education ability of children in difficulties in the grass-roots civil affairs service system,taking Q Town,where I engaged in social work service,as the research site.And have carried out individual intervention services for key children in difficulties.Through the use of interviews,questionnaires and other forms of family education status of children with difficulties in the town,and the way of social worker intervention services to investigate the status quo of their family education ability and difficult factors.At the same time,based on the theory of feasible ability,and on the basis of summarizing the list of feasible educational ability of families with children in difficulties,five factors including family economic resources,protective security ability,family environment,members’ health status and family education consciousness are selected to analyze the causes.Finally,based on the understanding of the current situation and problems,the key children in difficulties were selected to establish a case relationship,and the problems were analyzed and intervened.Through case intervention,I helped the client’s family to ease conflicts,improved family communication ability and helped the construction of social support network to improve the ability of investing in education resources.Through visiting to home and other forms,I helped the client to vent the backlog of bad emotions,and improved the parents of the patients in the early implementation of family education psychology.With the deepening of the case intervention service,the educational concepts and methods of the parents of the case have gradually changed,and the goal of the case service has been basically achieved.It can be seen that case work can play a unique role in solving the problem of family education ability of rural children with difficulties.However,this paper also has some shortcomings,mainly reflected in the social workers’ own localization and lack of relevant experience.At the same time,with the continuous development of practice,the research conclusions need to be further enriched and perfected.
